We take the time to carefully explain our process every step of the way. We want you to feel good and comfortable about your decision to working with us. Our pre-production process lets us plan everything from start to finish so you can rest assure that you will know all the details of the production.
Every project is different and we do our best to put together a quote where there are no surprise expenses. After your free session, we begin our pre-production process and think of everything that might be added to the total project cost. If there is ever a need to charge any additional rates or expenses, we would notify you first and foremost.
Depending on the service, our process can take anywhere from 2 weeks – 12 weeks. A video business card will have a turnaround time of 2 weeks where as a music video can take up to 16 weeks. Assuming all the variables for the production are in order such as availability, locations, client readiness, etc, the process can be significantly quicker.
